BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY

In order to transmit their messages to their target audiences or to remind them of their entity's mission and goal, organizations, whether public or private, depend on some form of contact. Employees often tend to overstate their level of productivity on the workplace. This is the location to be at when the quality of the touch is at its highest. For instance, when information regarding an organization's rules and procedures is at its most accessible and accurate; when the information offered is adequate, factual, and timely; and when the information given is timely, relevant, and sufficient. obtains favorable comments and ratings (Abushawish, 2015). In the meanwhile, only the largest of today's organizations have placed a significant emphasis on effective workplace communication. There is a widespread misconception among members of management that collaboration is the simplest task that can be performed by anybody; nevertheless, the data contradicts this assumption. Because of this, interaction will determine whether or not an organization will continue to exist. A significant problem occurs if the leaders of an organization are under the impression that maintaining touch with their workforce just requires telling them about the activities they do on a daily basis. According to Ahmad (2020), workers who do their jobs in a manner that is profitable for the company benefit from having access to two-way communication. They come to have some kind of conviction about their work that enables them to fulfill their socio-emotional requirements.

According to Pradeep (2021), even if management has resumed utilizing a workplace journal or magazine as a means of engagement with employees, major relevant channels of communication are not being used in an effective manner. He mentioned the fact that he works inside the company itself. Publications cannot have any political consequences for the continued existence of an organization; rather, encouraging two-way engagement is necessary to boost the enthusiasm of the workforce that dominates. According to Pradeep (2021), the success of an organization might be significantly improved by having open communication with its staff members and including them in the formulation of its policies. On the other side, this brings an organization's total workforce loyalty and productivity back up to where it should be. Arrangement.

The gap in communication that exists between management and workers might, in certain instances, give workers the impression that they are not trusted, that they are being disrespected, or that they are not appreciated in their area of employment. According to his study, employees are the most valuable asset that a business has; thus, managers are obligated to promote a two-way flow of information in order to increase not just the performance of the organization but also the productivity of its employees. Ethical coordination on the inside of a company is necessary in order to launch development initiatives, to consolidate resources in a way that is efficient and cost-effective, and to recruit, nurture, and evaluate individuals of the organization. To produce information for management to communicate with their customers, including suppliers, the government, and a range of other organizations, external contact is required. On the other hand, management must interact with their consumers.

It is impossible to overestimate the significance of communication; in this day and age, it is the mechanical system that reigns supreme and is ultimately responsible for determining an organization's level of success across the board.. Therefore, this study seeks to examine the Impact of good relationship among workers on their overall performance
